Our Story
Red Oak Exterior started as our founder, Nate, helping neighbors take care of their exterior space at 12 years old. Working with minimal tools from his Dad's garage, he steadily grew the business every year. As the business grew, his passion for helping others followed, seeing the impact a beautiful exterior space had on the community.

Our Founder - Nate Hoover
Nate grew up in Worthington, playing football and lacrosse at Thomas Worthington High School. Nate then went to Baldwin Wallace University to study Finance and Entrepreneurship, and play lacrosse. While in college, Nate looked to his best friend Owen to run the front lines of the business. While running the backend of the business and in school, Nate balanced two internships, competed in business pitch competitions, and was captain of the lacrosse team.

Owen also grew up in Worthington playing Football and Lacrosse while helping his neighbors with their landscaping. Owen then went on to study Education, Health & Sports, and Coaching at The Ohio State University. Owen also worked his way up to President of the Christian Fraternity BYX.
